The role:
This opportunity will see you supporting and working alongside Directors and Accountants to deliver an exceptional experience to our clients.
Responsibilities Include:
- Collating documents
- Liaising with clients and Government organisations
- Lodgements to the ATO and other Government bodies
- Data entry
- Liaising with third parties in general support of the office
- ADHOC duties as required for the Directors and Practice Manager
You will have:
- Industry experience will be highly regarded
- Strong organisational skills
- Great phone manner and customer service
- Email etiquette and writing capabilities
- Ability to meet deadlines and exceptional time management
- Understanding of Microsoft: Word, Excel, Outlook
- An interest in learning more about accounting
